Green Land farm is located in Thatkan village, near the border between Mandalay Division and Northern Shan State. At an altitude of 1500 metres above sea level and 400 acres, The estate grows Arabica coffee under shade trees such as silver oak and macadamia, while also experimenting with tree spacing, fertilisation, and solar-powered drip irrigation.

Owned by U Sai Wan Maing, an award-winning coffee producer and one of 20 certified Q Arabica Graders in Myanmar, the farm is recognised for its quality and innovation. He was named Outstanding Coffee Farmer by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations in 2003 and earned professional processing certification in 2019.

The farm features an on-site wet mill equipped with Pinhalense machinery. Fully ripe cherries are selectively harvested, sorted, pulped within 20 hours, and fermented for 20–25 hours before washing. The parchment is then sun-dried on patios for 7–10 days to reach 12% moisture, with careful turning and protection from dew. After resting in storage, the coffee is sent to Yangon for final milling, grading, and export.

This is a fruity coffee with notes of milk chocolate and elderflower. It is sweet and full-bodied with medium acidity.
