Mexico - Chiapas

This coffee is sourced from a group of women producers in the Bella Vista region of Chiapas, Mexico. Led by Rosalba Cifuentes Tovia, the Mayan Harvest Women’s Group brings together 168 family farms and supports over 200 women. Their work helps small-scale farmers earn better prices, reinvest in their land, and build stronger futures for their families, making each cup a reflection of shared effort, tradition, and pride. Choosing this coffee means not only enjoying an exceptional cup, but also supporting a project that promotes the independence and development of women coffee producers. 

It opens with a slight fruity and chocolatey base, with notes of cocoa, caramel, fruit, and light florals. The cup is sweet, with a creamy body and medium-low acidity.
