Pacamara is a rare and exceptional Arabica variety, born from a cross between Pacas and Maragogype. Grown on the picturesque Lorayne Estate in Panama’s highland Chiriquí province, this coffee thrives on the fertile slopes of the majestic Barú Volcano. The nutrient-rich volcanic soil and cool mountain climate has created an environment where the Pacamara variety can truly flourish.
Known for its bold character and aromatic complexity, Pacamara offers a cup that is both vibrant and elegant. Its flavour profile is distinctly fruit-forward—brighter and more expressive than many Latin American coffees. Its trademark flavours are tropical fruit, red berries, citrus, chocolate, nuts, and floral hints such as jasmine. The cup profile is sweet and vibrant, with a creamy texture, full body, and elegant, bright acidity.
In the Cup: Caramel base with hints of butter and almonds. Notes of white flower and sweet lemon.
