This single-origin coffee comes from Finca San Ramon in Nicaragua’s Dipilto reserve near the Honduras border. It’s produced by Donald Efrain Roque, a third-generation coffee farmer dedicated to continuing his family’s legacy. Since entering the Cup of Excellence in 2006, and again in 2009 and 2011, he has focused on improving quality, including training workers in better harvesting and processing. Today, he continues to refine his craft and believes strongly in the region’s specialty coffee potential.
