We're proud to share our latest coffee from the stunning Carmo de Minas micro region in Brazil, grown on the Capim Seco farm under the care of Ciro Dias Pereira. Nestled at elevations of 900–1,500 meters, this region’s fertile soil, mild climate, and consistent rainfall create the perfect conditions for exceptional coffee.

At Capim Seco, beans are carefully dried on suspended beds and a custom-built cement patio designed for natural and pulped natural processing; methods that highlight the coffee’s full body and medium-to-high acidity. Since Ciro’s first harvest, the farm has earned high praise, a reflection of generations of dedication and expertise.

With a Natural Process, it offers a rich cup with notes of almond, cherry, fig and chocolate, complemented by a citric acidity and a smooth finish. A perfect choice for those who appreciate a full-bodied coffee with a clean, refreshing profile.
