We're proud to share our latest coffee from the stunning Carmo de Minas micro-region in Brazil, grown on the Santa Lúcia farm under the care of Hélcio Carneiro Pinto. Nestled at elevations of 900–1250 meters, this region’s fertile soil, mild climate, and consistent rainfall create ideal conditions for exceptional coffee.
In 1976, Hélcio began managing the Santa Lúcia farm with his wife, Glycia. At the time, they had limited knowledge of the specialty coffee market. In the 1990s, Hélcio became one of the founding members of APROCAM, the Association of Coffee Producers from the Mantiqueira Region. This group of pioneers sought expert guidance to improve coffee quality and learn how to produce exceptional coffee on a larger scale. Today, Hélcio and his farm are celebrated globally for their high quality product.
With a Natural Process, it offers a rich cup with notes of hazelnut, cherry and chocolate, complemented by a citric acidity and a smooth finish. A perfect choice for those who appreciate a full-bodied coffee with a clean, refreshing profile.
